I rather like writing, and I think it stems from my childhood hobby of making up stories to play out with my friends. This may also be the reason why I have an interest in acting as well (mostly theater though). It's a good way of releasing your emotions and it feeds off your own personal experiences, good or bad. Writing can sometimes actually make you feel good about tripping on the stairwell or falling off a transpo because you can use those things as your character's next set of trials and tribulations. And if you write it right, you can mooch off a living writing someone's fantasy.
If you know me personally, then you'll know what I'm talking about, and even if you don't, i still think you do.
Reading was my refuge as the loner-geek-stoner type back in the day, and it still remains as one of my mainstanding hobbies today. Escaping into another person's mind is a blessed thing, indeed.
Sometimes, I'd like to pretend that I can draw, so I draw. I used to think that I'd be a great painter or a manga artist, but that was before one of my teachers as an elementary child told me that my rabbit looked like a dog.
I love music too, except I absolutely have no musical ability whatsoever. I tried to hone my prowess as a guitar player, but as soon as my dad got me an acoustic guitar instead of an electric one, I knew that it would not be the career path for me. Still, I keep a good relationship with Orpheus' chosen art.
I also enjoy eating rainbows, riding unicorns, and smoking rabbits. I am up for gay rights, but I don't agree with gay marriage, which is contradictory I suppose. I think that the War on Terror was a seriously stupid move for the US. I don't want to migrate anywhere at the moment because I want to help my homeland first. I am socially impaired and my apparent confidence is actually a mask made of cockiness and stupidity.
I think some artists, writers, and musicians are over-rated, and some ar under-rated, which is, I know, big surprise and all of that. I write fan-fiction, which could potentially turn-off people from friending me in an instant. I have no current obsessions, just strong passions. I like ice cream and isaw, which is the grilled intestine of just about any animal native to the Philippines.
I have no semblance of self-made personality whatsoever; I am a juxtaposition of everything and everyone that has ever been an influence, inspiration, or irritation to my short life, and I am proud of it.
That's pretty much a preliminary draft of my one-page biography. I hope you find it worthwhile. Or something.
